Service Description

This session offers 1.5 hours to dive deep into your unique history, health challenges, and current needs. We’ll explore physical, emotional, chemical, and energetic imbalances using muscle testing to uncover underlying causes. This introductory session creates your foundation for healing, helping us understand your body’s responses and guiding a personalised approach. Think of the body like an onion, with many layers - it often takes more than one session to gently work through them. It is recommended to continue with Deepener sessions to release what no longer serves you, reframe limiting beliefs, and explore foods or emotions contributing to imbalances. Each session also includes gentle practices, tools, and guidance you can use between appointments to support your healing and integration. These sessions are an investment in yourself, supporting lasting change rather than a one-session fix.

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking a session with One Healing. Please take a moment to read the cancellation policy: Cancellations & Charges • Cancellations made 24–48 hours before your session will incur a 50% charge. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session — or no-shows — will be charged the full session fee. • If you're cancelling within 24 hours due to exceptional circumstances, please call me directly — I treat these on a case-by-case basis with understanding. Rescheduling To reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any fees and ensure space for others. Please note: Online bookings close 5 hours before a session start time to allow time for preparation.
