Sacred Circles
A Space for Connection, Healing, and Growth

Camp Fire

...they are about being

For thousands of years, people have gathered in circles -around fires, in temples, in homes. To share stories, offer support, grieve, celebrate, and reconnect with themselves and one another. Circles are an ancient practice, rooted in community, equality, and deep listening. No one sits at the head - everyone is held equally, and all voices matter.

In our modern world, many of us have lost this sacred way of gathering. We move fast, live in our heads, and rarely have the chance to be truly seen or heard without judgment. Sacred Circles offer a gentle return to that knowing - that healing happens when we sit together, in presence and openness, remembering we are not alone.

These circles are not about fixing or performing - they are about being. A space where you can land, share, witness, and reconnect with yourself and others at a soul level. The space is held with care and intention, so that everyone feels supported, honoured, and seen.

The Power of Sacred Circles

Why We Need Them

In a world that often feels disconnected and fragmented, Sacred Circles provide an essential space for collective healing. We live in a society where we’re encouraged to go it alone - to be self-reliant, independent, and compartmentalized. But as human beings, we are hardwired for connection. Healing happens when we come together in unity, sharing our stories, struggles, and strengths.

Sacred Circles help us rediscover the deep power of community. In circle, we are not alone. We find comfort in knowing that others share similar experiences, and that, through vulnerability, we can heal and grow together. These circles offer a chance to reconnect with our inner selves while being supported by the energy of others who are walking similar paths.

Why These Circles Are Healing

Over the years, I’ve participated in many circles and retreats that have profoundly shaped my journey. I’ve learned that by allowing myself to be seen - to share openly without fear of judgment - I can reconnect to my authentic voice and my true self.

Through this process, I’ve found healing that went far beyond words. It’s in the silent presence of the circle that I’ve released grief, shame, and old patterns.

These circles have taught me that when we share our vulnerability, we create spaces for others to do the same. We hold each other’s stories with respect and love, and in doing so, we heal together.

The power of being seen and heard is a gift. And in a circle, you receive this gift from the group, while offering it in return.

What to Expect

These will be small, intimate groups - open to all who feel the call. Each gathering may include grounding practices, sharing from the heart, journaling, movement, and quiet reflection. You’ll be invited (never pressured) to share what’s true for you in the moment.

This is a space to reconnect with your truth, deepen your self-awareness, and gently let go of anything that no longer serves your highest good.

Investment

The circles are offered on a sliding scale to keep them accessible to all:

  • £10 – for those who need a lower rate at this time

  • £15 – standard rate

  • £20 – for those who are financially resourced

I trust you to choose what feels aligned for you. If you’re able to contribute at the higher amount, it helps keep the space open for others who may have more limited financial resources. Please know that your choice, whatever it is, is deeply appreciated and helps make these circles possible.

If you feel called to sit in circle, you are so welcome here.
