One Healing is a space for gentle, holistic healing and personal transformation in Cornwall and Online. Through heart-led, body-based, and soul-centered therapies, I support you to release what no longer serves, reconnect with your body’s wisdom, and return to the truth of who you are.

How can I choose the right session for me?

Each person’s healing journey is unique. You don’t need to have it all figured out. I offer a free, no-pressure chat where we can gently explore what’s showing up for you and which approach feels most aligned for your needs right now.

What should I expect during a session or group circle?

Accepted Answer

Every session or group circle I hold is sacred, heart-led, and non-judgmental. Whether it’s a private 1:1 session or a group workshop, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are. Together, we’ll create a nurturing environment for your body and soul to release, realign, and reconnect. All sessions are intuitively tailored to meet your individual needs. In 1:1 sessions, we gently explore both your past and present, using the body’s wisdom to uncover imbalances and guide the healing process. These in-person sessions include Reiki and Kinesiology, offered in Falmouth, Cornwall, with the option for home visits depending on your location (a small travel fee may apply). Group sessions are held in small, supportive circles in Cornwall — beautiful spaces where we come together to share, heal, and grow. These gatherings offer a powerful opportunity for connection and transformation on a soul level. Whether in a group or 1:1, all sessions are held in complete confidentiality and with the utmost care.

How should I prepare for a healing session?

To help you feel your best and get the most from your session, I recommend: Wearing comfortable clothing, avoiding caffeine, absolutely no alcohol and recreational drugs beforehand, giving yourself some quiet space afterward to rest and integrate, if possible, and being open and honest with what you want to gain from the session(s). For Kinesiology, also bring any foods/items such as cleaning products that you would like to muscle test (please bring in small plastic containers and NOT in tin) and any supplements you are currently taking.

Where are the sessions held?

I offer sessions both in person and online, depending on the service. Kinesiology is available in person only, either in Falmouth or via home visits. Reiki is offered both in person and as Distance Reiki. For Distance Reiki, you’ll choose a time to receive, and afterwards, you’ll receive thoughtful reflections on the healing work, along with intuitive guidance or simple practices to support your continued balance in daily life. In-person sessions are available: Tuesdays at The Wellness Hub, Falmouth, and Wednesdays at The Treatment Space, Age UK Hub, Killigrew Street, Falmouth. Home visits are available on other days across Cornwall (a small travel fee may apply depending on your location). I also hold Sacred Circles and the Inner Love & Freedom Journey workshops locally in Cornwall. Are there any conditions that might make sessions unsuitable?

Some sessions may not be suitable during pregnancy or for individuals with pacemakers or certain medical conditions. If you're unsure, please contact me before booking so we can discuss your needs.

Do I need to be spiritual or have experience with healing?

Not at all. My approach is gentle, inclusive, and grounded - meeting you wherever you are on your journey. All are welcome, whether you’re curious, new to healing, or have explored these practices before.
