Usui Reiki is a traditional Japanese healing practice that channels universal life force energy to support your physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. Rooted in the teachings of Mikao Usui, Reiki helps clear energetic blockages, restore balance, and awaken your body’s natural ability to heal itself.

During a session, you lie fully clothed on a comfortable treatment bed while I gently place my hands on or just above your body, intuitively guiding energy to where it is needed most. This sacred energy flows freely, helping your body soften, your heart open, and your mind and soul return to a state of calm and harmony. Many clients notice a deep sense of relaxation, subtle emotional release, and gentle shifts in energy that bring clarity, inner peace, and alignment across their energy centers (chakras).

The effects of Reiki often continue beyond the session, gently supporting integration and balance in the hours and days that follow.
​
If you are unable to attend in person, Distance Reiki offers the same restorative experience from wherever you are. This remote healing supports relaxation, energy flow, chakra alignment, and stress relief, helping you feel lighter, calmer, and more centered in the comfort of your own space.

Monthly Healing Circle
You are also warmly invited to our monthly Healing Circle at Soul Float, where Kinesiology and Reiki are offered in a group setting.
