These circles invite ease, presence, and deep rest, allowing your nervous system to gently settle and your body to remember balance.

These monthly group healing circles are held with intention to allow deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and gentle, body-led healing in a calm and grounded environment.
​
Through guided presence practices, Reiki energy healing, and simple Kinesiology techniques, we create space in the body so balance can begin to restore naturally.
​
There is space to share if you wish, or simply rest and receive. Nothing is forced. Everything is invitational.
​
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, depleted, emotionally heavy, or simply in need of pause -this is a space to breathe, reset, and be exactly as you are.
What to Expect
Each Healing Circle includes:
• A gentle arrival where you are invited to feel into your body
• Practices to help the nervous system settle and regulate
• Group Reiki energy healing with pauses to simply receive
• Simple kinesiology‑informed tools to support embodied balance
• Optional sharing in a held, non‑judgmental space
• Time to slowly rest and integrate, without rush

These gatherings are intentionally small to keep the space intimate and supportive.
​
You don’t need any prior experience with Reiki or Kinesiology, just a willingness to slow down and listen inwardly. All are welcome exactly as you are.
​
Please wear comfortable warm clothing and bring anything that helps you feel at ease (a blanket, pillow, eye mask, journal, water).
