A 90-day personalised journey designed to support you in prioritising yourself and your wellbeing. This is a tailored space that works with your body, mind, and emotional system to gently explore what may be ready to shift, supporting you to reconnect with yourself in a deeper and more embodied way. Through a blend of Kinesiology, Reiki, drum and sound, guided meditations, journal prompts, nutritional guidance, and intuitive somatic practices, this is a supportive process of reconnection and realignment from within.
Inner Love & Freedom: One Day Group Circle
A supportive and guided group space to explore patterns, emotions, and inner experiences that may be keeping you feeling stuck or disconnected. Through shared reflection, gentle practices, and facilitated group work, you are invited to deepen self-awareness, connection, and compassion for yourself and others, while exploring what inner freedom feels like for you. You will also leave with simple tools to continue your own self-support and reflection beyond the day.

The Inner Love & Freedom 1:1 is a deeply personalised, holistic 90-day experience designed to support your wellbeing, self-connection, and personal growth.
It is for those who feel ready to explore what may be ready to shift, reconnect with their inner truth, and gently work with patterns that may be keeping them feeling stuck, depleted, or disconnected.
This is not a quick fix.
It is a supported, embodied process that meets you where you are, walking alongside you as you begin to create a more aligned, regulated, and connected way of living.

A 30-minute follow-up Zoom check-in one month later
This ensures you are supported beyond the active container, with space to reflect and integrate.
