Through a blend of Kinesiology, Reiki, drum and sound healing, guided meditations, intuitive somatic practices, journaling, and nutritional guidance, we explore every aspect of your wellbeing - from emotional patterns and subconscious beliefs to digestion, hormones, and energy balance. This is a deep, holistic journey for anyone ready to invest in themselves, their future, and their wellbeing. It’s more than a series of sessions - it’s a commitment to your healing, growth, and the life you deserve.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking the 90-Day Inner Love & Freedom Journey with One Healing. Please take a moment to read the policies below: Payment & Commitment • This journey is a 90-day commitment to yourself and your healing, designed for lasting transformation of mind, body, and spirit. • The full payment for the journey is required to secure your place. This is an investment in yourself and your future. Cancellation & Refund Policy • Once your journey has started, sessions are non-refundable. • If you need to cancel before the journey begins, please contact me at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund minus any processing fees. • Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date will incur a 50% charge of the full journey fee. Rescheduling • If you need to reschedule individual sessions within the journey, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any disruption. I will always do my best to accommodate changes.
