Service Description

This session is for clients who have already had an Initial Kinesiology Session and are ready to go deeper. In this follow-up session, we build on the progress from your previous session(s) and continue your healing journey at a gentle, supportive pace. We’ll reflect on any changes you’ve noticed, how adjustments have supported your daily life, and what your body is now asking for. Through muscle testing, we’ll identify and address remaining imbalances, helping to restore harmony and clarity on all levels. Like peeling the layers of an onion, the body often holds patterns that need time and care to release. This session gives space to gently work through deeper layers, supporting ongoing integration and lasting transformation. Each session also includes practices, guidance, and tools to support you between appointments, helping your body and mind continue to balance and process after our time together. These sessions are an investment in yourself, supporting gradual, lasting change rather than a one-session fix.

Cancellation Policy

Please take a moment to read the cancellation policy: Cancellations & Charges • Cancellations made 24–48 hours before your session will incur a 50% charge. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session — or no-shows — will be charged the full session fee. • If you're cancelling within 24 hours due to exceptional circumstances, please call me directly — I treat these on a case-by-case basis with understanding. Rescheduling To reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any fees and ensure space for others. Please note: Online bookings close 5 hours before a session start time to allow time for preparation.
